We celebrated my birthday on December 6 at your restaurant. When my daughter asked where I wanted to go - it was without hesitation - the best place in town to go is Eddie Martini's! Your waitstaff is the best I have ever experienced not only in Milwaukee area but in many large cities with other First Class restaurants! We had a wonderful dining experience from the huge Seafood Martini appetizer we shared, to the slice of wonderful Birthday cake they presented to me! Our entree's were all perfect, and my very favorite Seafood Bisque was as fantastic as usual.

The entrees are always fantastic, that's a given. But this time we had the Chocolate avalanche cake and it is to die for. The kind of thing that haunts your dreams. Tried to recreate it at a friends house with absolutely no luck - not even close. Can you post the recipe? (not really sure about the exact date we were there.)

I've seen your Executive Chef in person before, and that picture of him on your site isn't doing the man any justice. He should have a better pic. That said, your food is beyond delicious, and your waitstaff is without a doubt the best in Milwaukee.
